Not right now—and honestly, Bella is best experienced in person. Come feel the fabrics, try on the unexpected piece, and leave with something you know you love.
ShoppingHow often do new styles arrive?+
Pretty often. Our floor changes constantly, so the dress you spot on Tuesday may be joined by a whole new rack by Saturday. See a preview on What’s New, then come see what actually landed.
ShoppingDo all four stores carry the same things?+
Nope. Each store gets its own mix, which gives Novato, Greenbrae, Petaluma, and Napa a little personality of their own. Browsing more than one Bella is completely understandable—we encourage it.
ShoppingCan you check another Bella for my size?+
Yes. If your size or color is missing, ask us to check the other locations. We cannot promise it is still there, but we are always happy to help track it down.
ShoppingCan you hold an item for me?+
Yes, always. Call the store where you saw it, and we will happily set it aside and confirm how long we can hold it for you.
StylingCan someone help me put an outfit together?+
Please let us! We can style one special outfit or help you create a capsule wardrobe for work or travel. Tell us what you need, what feels like you, and how far outside your comfort zone you would like to go.

Our size range changes with each brand and delivery. If you tell us the size you usually wear, we can point you toward the pieces and brands most likely to work—and help with fit once you are in the dressing room.

It is the list you actually want to be on: new-arrival peeks, birthday love, event news, styling ideas, and occasional Bella surprises. It is free to join. Choose your home store and complete the official signup without leaving Bella on our VIP signup page.

Items in original condition with the tags still attached may be returned to any Bella location within 7 days for a refund to the original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit. Bella store credit never expires. Please bring your receipt or gift receipt.

Bring the item and your receipt back to us, or call the store first. We will take a look and help with the best next step.
Good to knowHow should I care for my new piece?+
No dry cleaning is necessary, even if the tag says otherwise. Hand wash, or wash on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag, and hang to dry.
